Dunelm Jewel shaggy rug: my honest take on the shedding reviews
I read the mixed reviews too. Mine is the natural Jewel shaggy rug — and I haven’t had the shedding problem people mention.
This is exactly the sort of thing I want Brings Joy to be useful for. I saw the mixed reviews online, including comments about shedding, and hesitated. I bought the natural Jewel shaggy rug anyway and I love it.
I haven’t had a shedding problem with mine. It lives in a real house rather than a showroom and even has the approval of my little Westie, who has decided it is an excellent place to lie. That’s not a guarantee that every rug will behave identically, but it is my real experience of it.
WHY IT BRINGS JOYIt gives the room that deep, cosy texture I wanted — and mine has held up perfectly well to normal family-and-Westie life.
The short answer: Does the Dunelm Jewel shaggy rug shed? Mine hasn’t — despite that being the review that nearly put me off.
